60-day Refund Policy
You may return the Align Footwear insoles within 60 days
We offer you a 60-day return service. If you wish to return your insoles, you must return them within 60 days of receipt. The insoles must be returned in the original packaging. You must enclose a copy of the invoice and details of your bank account in order for us to refund you the amount paid.
You will bear the cost of returning the product.
You are liable to ensure that the returned goods reach us undamaged. Remember to keep the receipt for forwarding the insoles to us as evidence. If you experience any damage to your Align Footwear insoles or, on upon receipt, you discover that the insoles are defective, we will exchange them at no cost to you. If this is the case and , please inform us about the error within 8 days of receipt and return the item in its original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice.
In most cases, we will send you a new pair of Align Footwear insoles. If this is not possible, we will refund you the entire amount. The warranty is also in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act.
